Ataa Aslaaf Ka | अता असलाफ़ का

अता असलाफ़ का जज़्ब-ए-दरूँ कर 

शरीक-ए-ज़ुमरा-ए-'ला-याहज़नूँ' कर। 

ख़िरद की गुत्थियाँ सुलझा चुका मैं 

मेरे मौला मुझे साहिब-ए-जुनूँ कर। 

Grant me the absorption of the souls of the past,
And let me be of those who never grieve;

The riddles of reason I have solved, but now,
O Lord! Give me a life of ecstasy
